Transparent and fair refund terms for your Malaysia eVisa and MDAC applications

MDAC (Malaysia Digital Arrival Card)
All MDAC application fees are strictly non-refundable under any circumstances whatsoever. This policy applies whether your application is approved, rejected, cancelled, or withdrawn at any stage.
Malaysia eVisa — Before Immigration Submission
If your application has not yet been submitted to Malaysian immigration authorities, you may request a cancellation. A cancellation fee of $50 USD per passport will be deducted from your refund.
To request cancellation, email us at support@malaysiavisas.com with your application reference number and passport details. Refunds are processed within 7–10 business days after the cancellation fee is deducted.
Malaysia eVisa — After Immigration Submission
Once your application has been submitted to Malaysian immigration authorities, the fee is 100% non-refundable with no exceptions. This applies regardless of circumstances, including but not limited to:
- Changes to travel plans
- Medical situations or emergencies
- Visa refusal by immigration authorities
- Errors in submitted information
- Any other reason
Important Notice
Processing begins immediately upon payment. Applications are submitted to immigration authorities on a continuous basis. You are responsible for verifying all information before submitting payment. If you need to cancel, contact us as soon as possible — delays reduce the likelihood of cancellation being possible before submission.
