1. About Our Service
Malaysia Visas offers professional travel assistance including visa application assistance, Malaysia Digital Arrival Card (MDAC) assistance, travel authorization support, and related services. Use of our services does not guarantee approval of any visa.
2. Independent Travel Agency Disclosure
We operate as a licensed travel agency providing administrative support and visa facilitation. We are NOT: the Government of Malaysia; the Immigration Department of Malaysia; or any Malaysian Embassy, Consulate, or High Commission.
3. Eligibility
Users must be at least 18 years old (or have parental consent) and possess legal authority to submit applications. All submitted information must be truthful, complete, and accurate.
4. User Responsibilities
Applicants bear responsibility for providing accurate passport information and uploading clear documents. We are not responsible for losses arising from inaccurate information provided by applicants.
5. Application Review and Submission
Following payment, applications enter processing immediately. Our team may review submitted information, request additional documents, and contact applicants for clarification where necessary.
6. Immigration and Government Decisions
We do not influence, control, or guarantee visa approvals, visa refusals, or immigration decisions. Approval is never guaranteed. All decisions rest solely with Malaysian immigration authorities.
7. Fees and Payment
All fees must be paid in full before processing begins. Fees cover our administrative and facilitation services and are separate from any government fees. Payment disputes do not suspend processing already underway.
8. Refund Policy
Refunds are subject to our separate Refunds & Cancellation Policy. Please review it before submitting an application.
9. Processing Times
Estimated processing times are provided as guidance only. We cannot guarantee specific timelines, as processing depends on immigration authority workloads and third-party factors outside our control.
10. Intellectual Property
All content on this website — including text, graphics, logos, and software — is our property or licensed to us. Unauthorised reproduction or redistribution is prohibited.
11. Prohibited Activities
Users must not submit false information, attempt to circumvent immigration laws, use our platform for unlawful purposes, or interfere with the operation of our services.
12. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of our services, including losses resulting from visa refusals or immigration decisions.
13. Force Majeure
We are not liable for delays or failures caused by events outside our reasonable control, including natural disasters, government actions, pandemics, or infrastructure outages.
14. Privacy
Your personal data is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
15. Modifications to Terms
We reserve the right to update these terms at any time. Continued use of our services following any changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
16. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of Malaysia. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of Malaysian courts.
