When applying for a Malaysian visa, you’ll need to provide various documents along with your application, as well as a non-refundable Malaysia visa fee to cover the processing costs.

The Malaysia visa fee, both for a Single Entry or Multiple Entry Visa and a Transit Visa, is RM 20 (Malaysian Ringgit) for all countries, other than the countries listed below.

How to pay the Malaysia visa fee?

The payment method you must use will vary, depending on which Malaysian Representative Office (Embassy or Consulate) you apply to that is closest to you.

When submitting your application for a Malaysia visa, some Representative Offices will require you to pay the fee in cash; others will only accept payments by bank draft, addressed to the specific Embassy or Consulate.

Malaysia Visa On Arrival

If you are a national of India and China, you are eligible for a Malaysian Visa On Arrival. The processing fee for a Malaysian Visa On Arrival is RM 200.

Foreign national family members of Malaysian citizens or expats can come to Malaysia through the Dependent’s Pass or Long Term Social Visit Pass.
